Welcome Dinner at the Monterey Bay Aquarium
Your conference registration fee includes one ticket to Welcome Dinner on Sunday, March 16. Explore the depths of the ocean in an intimate dinner setting at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Dine with friends and colleagues in front of one million-gallon Open Sea Exhibit where powerful tuna speed by and sea turtles glide lazily behind the huge window. Later, nibble on dessert and drift the night away with the glowing jellies.
Chef Matthew Beaudin's creative, inspired and sustainable cooking centers on fresh, local and in-season ingredients, and suppliers who care about ocean conservation. Chef Matthew sources 90 percent of all produce, protein and dairy products within 90 miles of the Aquarium which reduces carbon emissions associated with shipping and storing food from outside the region. He is also an advocate for the Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch.
Additional dinner tickets may be added for a fee during registration or guests may purchase stand-alone tickets on our website. Your dinner ticket includes admission to the World Class Monterey Bay Aquarium, with private access to the Ocean's Edge Wing, opening reception, strolling dinner, and hosted bar.
Adult Ticket: $250 per person.
Child Ticket: $125 per person.
