Chef Matthew Beaudin's creative, inspired and sustainable cooking centers on fresh, local and in-season ingredients, and suppliers who care about ocean conservation. Chef Matthew sources 90 percent of all produce, protein and dairy products within 90 miles of the Aquarium which reduces carbon emissions associated with shipping and storing food from outside the region. He is also an advocate for the Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch.
Your dinner ticket includes admission to the World Class Monterey Bay Aquarium, with private access to the Ocean's Edge Wing, opening reception, strolling dinner, and hosted bar.
