CONFERENCE OF CALIFORNIA
Public Utility Counsel
Welcome to the CCPUCThe Conference of California Public Utility Counsel (CCPUC) welcomes you to the specialty bar association of attorneys and regulatory personnel who practice in the areas of energy, telecommunications, transportation, and water regulation before the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC). The CCPUC hosts several Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) sessions throughout the year, as well as a two-day annual meeting in the spring. As a registered MCLE provider with the California State Bar, our sessions provide insight to current industry issues and trends in public utilities regulation at both the state and federal levels. We tailor programs acknowledging our shared responsibility to mitigate the environmental and social justice impacts of California's underserved communities, with the intention of furthering fair and equitable access to clean, safe, and affordable utility services. The CCPUC is also committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. To ensure the contribution of all individuals are respected and their voices heard, we strive to deliver content that facilitates a robust exchange of ideas based on the rich diversity of perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences within our community.
