Come join us for morning coffee and an informative session with Martin Nakahara, Senior Legal Analyst at the California Public Utilities Commission’s Docket Office.  This seminar will feature an in-depth discussion on Docket Office best practices, including:

·         Motion practice;

·         How to present confidential information;

·         Notices of availability;

·         Recurring problems with filings and service;

·         Serving and filing voluminous materials; and

·         Your questions!

Attendees are encouraged to come prepared with questions for the 45–60 minutes reserved in the agenda for audience participation.  The program will also be available via webcast.

The in-person program will qualify for full CLE credit, and those participating by webinar will qualify for self-study CLE credit.
