Please join CCPUC in a webinar on the rules and realities of ex parte communications at the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) featuring critical insights from attorneys with the CPUC Legal Division. This MCLE event will dive deeper into the legal and ethical landscape of ex parte communications, providing an overview of the professional responsibilities of attorneys practicing before the CPUC and exploring the obligation to report accurate information regarding ex parte communications. It will also include perspectives on when ex parte communications are effective and ineffective, and on common problems seen by the CPUC regarding ex parte communications. This webinar will qualify for 1.0 hours of legal ethics MCLE credit in California.
