California’s Response to New Federal Direction for Utilities: Is California Marching to the Beat of a Different Drummer?
The CCPUC’s annual MCLE seminar will examine the dichotomy between California’s policies on energy and telecommunications and the Trump administration’s policies. The seminar will provide an overview of the law, rules and practices on resolution of state and federal differences, including discussion of possible federal pre-emption issues.
