The Conference of California Public Utility Counsel (CCPUC) is pleased to announce our next Lunch and Learn CLE:

 West Virginia v EPA, the Supreme Court, and California



Date:                    Monday, December 12, 2022 - 12:30 - 2:00 pm

                              registered participants Friday (AM), Dec. 9, 2022.


Please join CCPUC as we discuss and consider the recent Supreme Court decision and its implications for California and our work. Presentation and discussion will be led by David Fermino, California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), Legal Division, and Prof. Tseming Yang , Director of the Center for Global Law and Policy, Professor of Law at Santa Clara University, and Former Deputy General Counsel, US EPA.


Law students are welcome to join us.  Please send this invitation to law students in your network.

 

The CCPUC is offering 1.5 general MCLE credits approved by the CA State Bar.

*Consistent with the California Public Utility Commission’s ex parte rules, we will not be discussing matters that are actively pending  in ratesetting or adjudicatory proceedings before the  Commission.


The event will qualify for 1.5 hours of general continuing legal education credit in California.   To receive your CLE certificate, we require registration prior to the event.
