Our panel will walk us through the basic concepts of bankruptcy law and explore bankruptcy issues pertinent to the regulatory arena.*

*Consistent with the Commission’s ex parte rules, we will not be discussing matters that are actively pending before the Commission or the Courts.

In-person program qualifies for 1 hour CLE credit; webcast will qualify for self-study CLE credit. To receive your CLE certificate, we require registration prior to the event. Online registration closes on Monday, June 24 at noon; if attending in person, registration will be available at the door on June 25. Information to attend by webcast will be provided (by e-mail) by noon on the day of the event to registrants.
