The Conference of California Public Utility Counsel (CCPUC) Presents:

“Practical Implications of New Rules for Identifying Confidential Documents Submitted to the California Public Utilities Commission”

The CCPUC’s first annual Southern California MCLE seminar will examine implementation of D.16-08-024 setting forth requirements for the identification of confidential information submitted to the California Public Utilities Commission (Commission).  The seminar will provide an overview of the law, rules and practices on identification of confidential information submitted to the Commission. 

Charles Read, from Latham & Watkins, will moderate the panel discussion which will include perspectives from the following distinguished panelists:

            Gloria Ing, Senior Attorney, Southern California Edison Company

             Elizaveta Malashenko, Safety and Enforcement Division (SED), California Public
             Utilities Commission

             Omar Rivera, Director of Distribution, Southern California Gas Company
