The CCPUC’s first annual Southern California MCLE seminar will examine implementation of D.16-08-024 setting forth requirements for the identification of confidential information submitted to the California Public Utilities Commission (Commission). The seminar will provide an overview of the law, rules and practices on identification of confidential information submitted to the Commission.
